Staff view
The people on shift get their own way in
Most of a manager's day is answering questions staff could answer themselves: what am I working, can I swap Thursday, did my time off get approved. The staff view hands that back.
How it works
Your shifts, not the whole board
Staff open the schedule to their own rota rather than the full team grid, so what they are working next is the first thing they see.
Open shifts, claimed directly
Uncovered shifts publish to the staff eligible to work them, and they claim one from their phone. Coverage gets filled without a manager phoning down a list.
Swaps that route through approval
One person proposes, the other responds, and a manager decides. The board updates itself, and there is a record of who agreed to what, instead of the arrangement living in a group chat.
Time and time off in the same place
Clock in and out against the scheduled shift, see the week's hours, and request time off where the schedule already is. Approvals come back to the same screen.
See it from every side
We'll show you the office view, the staff view, and what a family actually sees, in one walkthrough.
